Black Bean Steak Stir Fry
Equipment Required: Wok (recommended) or deep frying pan
Time to prepare: 2 minutes
Time to cook: 9 minutes
Serves: 4-5 people
Ingredients: 1x Packet Frozen Mixed Vegetables (Stir-Fry mix)
2x defrosted Jorgenz Plant Steaks (Buy here) cut into strips
1/2 cup cold tap water
1 cup Black Bean Sauce
1/4 cup Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Stock Powder
2 Garlic Cloves Chopped (optional)
Cover 2x defrosted Jorgenz Plant Steaks cut into strips with 1 cup Black Bean Sauce and leave aside.
Mix 1/2 cup cold tap water with 1/4 cup Dark Soy Sauce and 1 Tablespoon of Vegetable Stock Powder. Pour into Wok or frying pan on medium heat. Put 1x Packet Frozen Mixed Vegetables and 2 Garlic Cloves chopped, cook for 4 minutes. Add in Plant Steak strips with Black Bean Sauce. Mix into vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes, occasionally stirring. Serve onto a side of cooked rice or on it’s own.
