Riblets with Corn Cobs

Equipment Required: Microwave

Serves: 2 portions

Ingredients:

2x Fresh Corn Cobs in their husks a.k.a Green Leaf Packaging 😉

1x Tray of Riblets (Buy Here)

1 Tablespoon of Buttery Nuttelex Spread (it’s vegan)

Process:

Place the corn cobs still within their leafy husks into the microwave and put on high for 7-8 minutes (for a 1000 watt microwave, if you have a stronger microwave it may take less time). Be careful when removing from the microwave as they will be very hot.

Then microwave Riblets on high for 3-4 minutes (from frozen).

Carefully remove the leaves from the corn cobs as there will be hot steam coming out and they will be hot to the touch.

Once leaves are removed cover each cob with 1/2 a tablespoon of Buttery Nuttelex (or as much as to your preference).

Put 3x Riblets and 1x Corn Cob each onto two plates and serve.
